Make the first screen answer four questions

A customer should quickly understand what your business does, where it is, whether it is open and how to contact you.

  • Use a clear cover photo and recognisable logo
  • Write a specific one-line description
  • Keep phone, address and hours current
  • Choose accurate business categories

Show what people can ask for

A short, current catalog is more useful than a long, outdated one. Start with the products or services people ask about most often, include honest price guidance where practical, and remove unavailable offers promptly.

Use enquiries as a follow-up tool

Respond while the request is still fresh, record the next follow-up, and keep the customer conversation direct. The storefront should reduce uncertainty, not add another complicated sales channel.
